Peter Harvey presents a short display associated with the Welch Family, from Scotland, living in Kent at the start of WW2. He explains how Lt Charles Welch and his two sons all served with the Royal Artillery in WW2, with service in Scotland, Iceland, the Middle East and Italy. The display includes Prisoner of War material and explains the death of Malcolm Welch on the Italian Merchant ship SS Scillin, sunk by the RN Submarine HMS Sahib.
